Google review QR codes: a setup guide for businesses in Bangladesh
Find your Google review link, print a scannable QR card and test the customer journey before putting it on your counter or receipt.
Start with the correct business and branch
Check that your Google Business Profile shows the right business name, location and opening information. A restaurant with several branches needs a separate review destination for each location. Before printing anything, open the profile as a customer and check the address. A QR card for one branch should never send customers to another branch’s reviews.
Use a review link, rather than a general map search
Google provides a review link and QR code through the Business Profile’s review-sharing controls. Sign in with the account that manages the profile, open Read Reviews and select Get more reviews. Copy the link Google gives you. This is more suitable than copying a browser search URL, which can contain temporary search parameters. Google’s help page below explains the current controls.
Choose a direct QR or a guided review page
A direct QR opens Google’s review destination. That is enough when customers already know what they want to write. A ReviewBondhu QR first opens your business’s page. Customers choose English or Bangla, answer questions about the product or service they used, then receive an editable draft. They copy their text and open Google to publish it themselves. ReviewBondhu does not post reviews or sign in to Google on their behalf.
Make the printed card easy to scan
Use dark QR modules on a light background and leave the clear white border around the code. Keep the invitation short and print the business name and readable customer link beside it. ReviewBondhu offers branded SVG cards in several layouts, with print sizes for different placements. Start with a card at least 9 cm wide, then test an actual printed copy at the distance customers will use. Avoid glossy reflections, folds and putting the code across a curved surface.
Test the whole journey on two phones
Scan with an Android phone and an iPhone if available. Check that the QR opens the right branch, that both language choices work, and that the Google button opens the correct review destination. Test once while signed out of Google too: customers may need to sign in before they can publish. An editable draft is a starting point; the customer should check it reflects their visit and make any changes before posting.
Keep one stable link as your business changes
Use the same ReviewBondhu customer URL on the counter, receipt and packaging. Update products, menu choices or the saved Google review destination in Admin when needed. Changing those details does not require replacing a card that still points to the same customer URL. After any update, scan the printed card again. If a link stops working, fix the destination before handing out more copies.
